LIC 'Brownfield' Comments Wanted Now to June 18

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) is currently reviewing a draft Remedial Work Plan (RWP) to remedy environmental conditions at the Queens Plaza Residential Development, 28-10 Jackson Ave., Long Island City as described in an application submitted in April by TST LIC Development LLC, the proposed developer of the residential building.
