114th Police Precinct Blotter Highlights Tuesday, March 27: + A 54-year-old Hispanic male was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public after he was observed drinking beer in public at Broadway and 42nd Street and found to be wanted on a warrant. + An 18-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal possession of marijuana after he was observed smoking marijuana in public at 45th Street and 31st Avenue. + A 19-year-old Hispanic male was observed smoking marijuana in public at 45th Street and 31st Avenue and swallowed it to avoid its being collected as evidence. He was charged with tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of marijuana. + A 31-year-old Hispanic male was charged with forgery after he was found at 38th Street and 34th Avenue in possession of a forged Social Security card and government alien card. Wednesday, March 28: + A 39-year-old male was charged with possession of a forged instrument, public lewdness, urinating in public, disorderly conduct and exposure of a person after he was observed urinating in public at 38-02 29th St. and presented forged identification/ documentation. + A 28-year-old white male exhibited signs of intoxication at Broadway and 31st Street while he was responsible for the care of another person. He was charged with failing to exercise control of a minor. + Three black females, one 13 years old and two 14 years old, forcibly removed a victim's cellphone at I.S. 126, 31-51 21st St. They were charged with robbery and criminal possession of stolen property. + A 22-year-old black female was charged with petit larceny after she stole money at 31-11 Steinway St. by producing fictitious return receipts. + At William Bryant H.S., 48-10 31st Ave., an 18-year-old Asian male who was involved in a prior robbery of a victim was charged with robbery and criminal possession of stolen property. + A 23-year-old Hispanic male observed inside a closed park at 22nd Drive and 19th Street was charged with possession of a forged instrument and criminal trespass after he produced forged identification. Thursday, March 29: + Two white males 28 and 29 years old were charged with criminal possession of marijuana after they were observed with marijuana in public at Broadway and 42nd Street. + A 24-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal possession of marijuana after he was found in possession of marijuana in public at 32nd Avenue and 51st Street. + A 28-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal possession of marijuana after he was observed in possession of marijuana in public at 37th Avenue and 23rd Street. + A 37-year-old black female was observed at 38th Avenue and 31st Street impeding traffic by offering herself to the drivers of several cars passing by. She was charged with loitering and disorderly conduct. + A 21-year-old Hispanic male was observed at Northern Boulevard and 48th Street operating a vehicle without headlights on, speeding and refusing to pull over. When he was stopped, he was found in possession of a stolen cellphone and pocket personal computer. He was charged with grand larceny auto, criminal possession of stolen property, reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a vehicle and an equipment violation. + A 42-year-old black male was arrested at 28-15 42nd St. and charged with assault and harassment after he punched a victim several times about the upper body and head. + A 39-year-old male was charged with assault and harassment after he struck a victim with a metal rod several times.
