Padavan Honors Eagle Scouts
Senator Frank Padavan (Queens) presented new Eagle Scouts of Boy Scout Troop 1 with the Senate Medal of Achievement and a Certificate of Merit upon their becoming Eagle Scouts. An Eagle Scout is known for their honor and personal character, including their goals of being trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.
