Out & About The Neighborhood The workshop is a two credit course, open to all York College students who play instruments and read music. No previous jazz experience is necessary. CUNY students who are in their second year or higher and in good academic standing are eligible to join the ensemble via epermit. The Jazz Workshop will perform at the CUNY Jazz Festival at City College and perform its own concert in York's Little Theatre. After-School Chorus: On Monday and Wednesday The National Chorale, New York City's leading professional choral company, and the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development are sponsoring an after-school chorus at William Cullen Bryant H.S. Get special vocal training with a professional voice teacher; work with a great accompanist/coach; meet new friends who like to sing and make music with students from other high schools.
