114th Police Precinct Blotter Monday, January 8: + A 25-year-old Hispanic male was observed at 30th Avenue and 31st Street with an open beer in public and was found in possession of a butterfly knife and a pocket knife. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public. + A 44-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny after he was observed stealing property from 50-01 Northern Blvd. + At William Cullen Bryant H.S., 48-10 31st Ave., a 16-year-old Hispanic male grabbed a victim's arm and demanded oral sex. He was charged with a criminal sex act, coercion, menacing and harassment. + A 56-year-old Hispanic male was observed operating a vehicle with tinted side windows. When he was stopped at 36th Avenue and 12th Street, he was found not to have a license. He was charged with an equipment violation. + A 28-year-old Hispanic male was observed running a red light. When he was stopped at Steinway Street and 30th Avenue, he was found not to have a license. He was charged with unlicensed operator and a traffic device violation. + A 20-year-old Hispanic male inside 26-45 9th St. without permission or authority was found in possession of marijuana and a knife. He was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, criminal trespass and criminal possession of a weapon. + A 14-year-old Asian female punched a victim several times in the face at 20-52 21st St. She was charged with assault and harassment. Tuesday, January 9: + At 552 Main St., Roosevelt Island, a 14- year-old black male punched a victim in the face and was charged with assault. + A 21-year-old Hispanic male was charged with possession of a forged instrument after he was found in possession of a forged instrument on his vehicle. The incident took place at 34th Street and 34th Avenue. + A 36-year-old white male disobeyed a stop sign and hit another vehicle at Hoyt Avenue South and 29th Street. He was found to have a suspended license and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, suspended registration and uninsured vehicle + A 43-year-old Hispanic male operating a vehicle without license plates attached was stopped at 47-15 34th Ave. and found to have a suspended license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator. + At William Cullen Bryant H.S., 48-10 31 Ave., a 16-year-old Hispanic male approached a female victim, grabbed her arm, blocked her way and demanded oral sex. He was charged with menacing, harassment and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 years old. + A 26-year-old white female was charged at the 114th Police Precinct station house, 34- 16 Astoria Blvd., with aggravated harassment after she called and e-mailed threatening messages to a victim for more than two years. + A 39-year-old black male was charged with possession of burglar's tools and petit larceny after he was observed stealing merchandise from 40-02 Broadway. + At 33-50 12th St., a Hispanic female, a Hispanic male and a white male, all 18 years old, were each charged with criminal possession of marijuana and having an open container of beer after they were observed with an open container of beer in public and were found in possession of marijuana. + A 23-year-old Hispanic male was observed urinating in public at Crescent Street and 36th Avenue. When he was stopped, he produced a fake ID. He was charged with possession of a forged instrument and public urination. + A 39-year-old white male was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public after he was observed with an open beer in public at 30-24 Broadway. + A 35-year-old white male was charged with criminal possession of marijuana after he was observed in possession of marijuana in public at 35th Street and Astoria Boulevard. Wednesday, January 10: + A 23-year-old white male was observed in and on the Amtrak train tracks at 46th Street and 25th Avenue without permission or authority. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal trespass and unlawful possession of marijuana. + A 31-year-old black male was observed at 21st Street and 41st Avenue attempting to exchange cocaine with another person, and upon apprehension, admitted to having swallowed the cocaine. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal sale of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. + A 33-year-old Hispanic male in a car accident at 30-08 36th Ave. could not produce a driver's license. He was charged with unlicensed operator. + A 50-year-old Asian female was charged with trademark counterfeiting after she sold counterfeit CD's to an undercover officer at 28- 51 Steinway St. + An 18-year-old Hispanic male was observed operating a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt. When he was stopped at Astoria Boulevard and 14th Street, the scent of marijuana was emanating from the vehicle. He could not produce a driver's license and was found in possession of marijuana; he was charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlicensed operator. + A 23-year-old white male admitted to making graffiti with spray paint on the railroad tracks that cross 25th Avenue and 48th Street. He was charged with criminal mischief and making graffiti. + A 20-year-old male cut a victim's head with a box cutter at 31-08 30th Ave. and was charged with assault, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment. Thursday, January 11 + At 26-50 BQE, a 54-year-old black male removed a victim's property from the victim's vehicle without permission. He was charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle. + A 21-year-old white male who stole property from a victim at Broadway and 31st Street was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, possession of burglar's tools and petit larceny. + A 35-year-old Hispanic male was found to have a suspended license after he was involved in a car accident at 26-50 BQE. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and unlicensed operator. + A 29-year-old white male operated a vehicle without a taillight and passed another vehicle on the right. When he was stopped at 20th Avenue and 37th Street, he was found to have a revoked license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, no or insufficient tail lamps and leaving the pavement to pass on the right. + At 31-14 Steinway St., a 19-year-old black male struck a victim in the head with a coffee mug, causing a laceration and unconsciousness.
