Raffle Shows Appreciation
Associated Supermarket 195-25 69th Ave., held their ribbon cutting ceremony in July 2006 and to show their appreciation, the store's co-owners Juan and Jose Guzman started a raffle that concluded in December. Shoppers who spent a minimum of $10 got a raffle ticket for a chance to win the 2006 Toyota Corolla that was donated by Atlantic Toyota in Massapequa. On December 22 Associated held the raffle and the lucky winner, Ilma Coll, an area resident won the car.
