Opa!

The Federation of Hellenic Societies of Greater New York, Inc. invites New Yorkers to join the Hellenic Immersion Program dance class, at the Stathakion Center, 22-51 29th St., Astoria.

Professional dance lessons include Greek folk dance, rumba, samba, chacha, tango, waltz and Latin dance. All classes began December 4; beginner’s at 5:30 and advanced at 8 p.m.

Admission is free. The program was made possible by New York City Councilmember Peter Vallone Jr. through a grant from the Department of Youth and Community Development.
