Feds Say Nearly 5 Million Signed Up For Part D Drug Program
     As of last Wednesday, 4.9 million people had signed up for standalone plans offered under the new Medicare Part D drug prescription subsidy, according to Michael Leavitt, Health and Human Services secretary in the Bush Administration.
