     City Councilmember Peter Vallone Jr. blasted the Sony Corporation yesterday for “promoting criminal behavior” by placing graffiti-like advertisements on various walls throughout New York City to promote sales of a portable PlayStation game system, although it is not clearly marked as advertising.
