Sunnyside Community Services (SCS) Job Opportunities: The Home Care Project offers a free monthly training program to become a home health aide, with immediate job placement upon completion.

SCS is in need of registered nurses, home health aides (all hours), personal care aides (live-in and weekends), home attendants (live-in and weekends), case management supervisor and human resources assistant.

Unwanted Flyers: Residents in Bayside Hills have the option of refusing delivery of the “Marketeer” which contains flyers from places such as Eckert Drugs, Circuit City, Kohl’s, Sears and Pearl Vision. The Marketeer is usually delivered on Fridays. If you do not want it thrown onto your lawn, call 718-821-1074,
