Weprin Holds ‘Safety In A Disaster’ Program
     In what City Councilmember David Weprin hopes will be the forerunner to helping seniors prepare for any emergency disaster, tomorrow the American Red Cross in Greater New York will hold a free program designed to teach seniors the appropriate safety steps to take in the event of a disaster.
