Octogenarian Hailed With Council Proclamation

At a party at Riccardo’s By the Bridge July 24 celebrating his 80th birthday, Luke Gasparre Sr.’s outstanding citizenship was commended in a City Council Proclamation issued by Councilmember Peter Vallone Jr. John Pellitteri represented the councilmember. State Senator George Onorato attended; Assemblymember Michael Gianaris was represented by Irene Stathos.
