Queens Reps Ring Opening Bell Queens Congressional members Gary Ackerman, Joe Crowley and Carolyn Maloney, joined by their colleagues on the House Financial Services Committee, last month rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Wall Street. The Financial Services Committee-which all three serve on-has oversight over the financial markets, banks/financial institutions and monetary policy, among other items.
