State Senator John Sabini joined United States Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, l., and other public officials on Dec. 11 to call for secure electronic voting in upcoming elections. "The electoral apparatus is something akin to officials at a sporting event," said Sen. Sabini, ranking Democrat on the State Senate’s Elections Committee and Racing, Gaming and Wagering Commitee. "You don’t notice it until it screws up."
