ROSE LENZO “This was the best, ever! The weather was ideal and the crowds were happy and thrilled. I enjoyed the whole day with the youngsters performing with pride and enthusiasm. Macy organizers put together a show that couldn’t be topped anywhere. The balloons were fun to see.”

"What appealed to you in this year’s
Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade?"
" DAVID RAAB “What I liked about the parade was the vibrant colors displayed everywhere, the music, the marching bands the imaginative floats, balloons and the combination, visual /audio.”
|MARIA CUMBA “It was beautiful and I loved it! I understand, our neighbor, Joe Ricevuto, appeared for the 20th year as a clown in the Macy’s Parade, near the Yankee ballplayers’ float, Bernie Williams. Joe reports that the children were warmly greeted by Bernie and his family.”||ALICIA FLORES “It was wonderful and it was such a beautiful day. This meant that the crowds included small children and older people. The police officers were very helpful to everyone. It was good to see and hear the bands play loudly and march nicely.”|
|JUNE A. MARTIN “The high school girls with their “pom-poms” and their skills were a special delight to see, performing so New Yorkers, their guests and their TV viewers were treated on Thanksgiving Day. We all thank Macy’s for their efforts in making the day, a time to remember. The singers were wonderful and I liked the Garfield balloon.”||TROY GEBORDE “What a day for New York---this year’s Macy’s Parade! The bands were from about 15 places, small towns, large cities, locally and even from the Pacific. Balloons, floats, marchers, clowns, dancers, police, television and well behaved crowds. It started off with Tom Turkey and ended at Macy’s with Santa Claus, what a day!”|
