Senator Toby Ann Stavisky (2nd from left) in cooperation with Mr. Herbert Stark (left), president of the Mitchell Linden Civic Association, arranged for a MetroCard Bus to assist seniors, physically challenged passengers and other riders in obtaining reduced fare MetroCards, add money and conduct other MetroCard business. The MetroCard Bus was stationed at 31st Road and Union Street, Flushing, at the post office.
