DEBRA COLLINS Every day I try to drink as much orange juice (vitamin C) as I can, along with 900 milligram of vitamin C. When I go out, I dress in layers, covering my head is most important, and if I don't have to go out—I don't !

How are you coping with the cold weather?
JOANN GUNDERSON I bundle up to go outside 15 minutes before I have to leave and warm up my car. It gives me just time to eat breakfast and I can leave in a warm car. | MIRIAM GONZALEZ I prepare mentally with a good attitude, keep myself the warmest I can. Try to be in and out and drink a lot of hot chocolate and ginger tea. |
DATSY KHAN I try to dress warm by wearing bundles of clothes but I can never get used to this weather, the many different seasons and just trying to adapt to changes. | JOSE FLORES I use a good coat, gloves and scarf. Drink a lot of hot liquids and hot soup every day, use good cream to hydrate my skin. Make sure that the heat in my house and my car work. |
GENNIFER CROSS I listen to the weather forecast, bundle up as much as I can in layers, took the flu shot and take Vitamin C |
