Attorney Kevin Horbatiuk (back row, r.), volunteered time and services to Catholic Charities, Brooklyn & Queens’ Woodhaven Senior Center after learning that the center’s "Friends of Woodhaven" account, which is used for senior events and activities, had been embezzled by a former member. Recently Horbatiuk presented a compensation check to seniors at the center in Woodhaven. Bernadette Brooks accepted the check on behalf of the seniors.
