First Central Savings Bank celebrated Independence Day two days early, with the grand opening of their newest branch on July 2. The branch is located in the former Long Island Savings Bank Building at 35-01 30th Ave., Astoria, which was extensively restored and renovated in preparation for its new occupant by First Central Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairman Joseph Pistilli.
