This week’s question: Who will you be rooting for in the Subway Series July 8th?

Juan Miranda “I root for the Mets because I like the National League better and I live within walking distance of Shea Stadium. The players are exciting and this may be their year.” Danny Fava “I’m rooting for the New York Yankees. They have the best over-alll baseball players in the major leagues. I believe they are going to win again this year.” Claude Hemon “I love the Mets and I think it’s time for us in Queens to be on top of the heap! Mike Piazza, number 31, will lead the way and his teammates will follow suit!” James Mathew “There’s no one like the Yankees. They have been, and will continue to be, “the class of baseball.’ New York is fortunate to have two great teams and we fans will enjoy seeing them at Shea and in the Bronx. ” Debbie McGrath “I love the Yankees and am true fan for several reasons. First, the Yankees are consistent winners and secondly, although I live in Queens, I was born and grew up in the Bronx.”
