Summons Quotas

Assemblymember Catherine Nolan recently met with Assemblymember Jose Peralta (l.) and City Councilmember Hiram Monserrate, who announced their support for her bill A.7476-A. The bill expands a current law which prohibits the imposition of a ticket quota to also prohibit quotas for summons or arrests.
