Crowley Awards Medal To WWII Vet

Congressmember Joseph Crowley awarded the Philippine Liberation Medal of Honor to Harry P. McKenna last month. McKenna served in the army during World War II from November 13th 1942 until he was honorably discharged on February 14th 1946. His wife of 54 years, Ellen McKenna, also attended the medal ceremony.
