Pataki Unveils New Tax-Saving Plan For Seniors

     Building on the STAR program, which reduced taxes paid by seniors and others over the past several years, Governor George Pataki has proposed a similar tax reduction program, called Co-STAR, to further relieve those groups of some of their annual tax burden.
